Training
Over the past year alone we’ve
trained 14,000 teachers from
over 350 schools, academies
and third sector organisations.
Whether its stand-alone or delivered as part of one of our packages, you can be confident our training is truly world class.
Not only are we a Microsoft Global Training Partner; our trainers are Microsoft Innovative Educator Experts and Microsoft Certified Educators.
As former teachers, we use our skills, knowledge and experience to make sure we meet the individual needs of your staff, no matter where they are on their own EdTech journey.
OLC Core Cloud and Cloud Plus Training

Before migration
We work with your staff to explain what’s going to happen, what they need to do to prepare, and then show them how the new system will look.

During migration
We conduct further training on the new tools that will be available, and ensure the personalised handover of staff devices.

After migration
We offer bespoke training, working with your school’s SLT to map out all the key topics and content.
Standalone training packages
Working with your Senior Leaders, we can assemble comprehensive training plans to fit exactly what you need. From nrefresher courses on the basics to comprehensive training programmes across your Trust, as well as bespoke training pathways for key staff, we can design and build packages to plug your gaps and raise your skill levels.
Meet the training team
Whilst there, she redesigned the computing curriculum and saw the benefits of using innovative and engaging edtech tools, not just in her subjects but across the curriculum.
Since joining OLC, Lucy has trained many teachers on the uses of edtech and become a Minecraft Education expert. She has been awarded Microsoft Certified Educator, Microsoft Office Specialist and hopes to become a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert later in 2023.

Sharon has a wide range of experience in leading curriculum subjects, including English, Maths, Science, Religious Education, and more able (G&T). She has a passion for learning and loves enabling others to improve their teaching potential by using the latest education technology tools.
Sharon is an MIE Expert and quickly earned her MIE Master Trainer badge on joining the OLC team. She enjoys sharing her experiences of teaching with technology with other educators and constantly strives to grow her knowledge of applications in the digital classroom.

During her teaching career, she used a variety of technology aids to increase engagement, to develop teaching and learning strategies within her department, and to harness the efficiencies that technology can bring. Her skills developed exponentially during two periods of remote learning, when schools closed to the vast majority of pupils in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, and she shared this good practice with colleagues leading training during INSET and department meetings.
Since joining the company, Laura has become a Microsoft Certified Educator, A Microsoft Office Specialist (Word and PowerPoint) and has applied to become a Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert. Given her SENCo background, she has a particular interest in, and passion for, the accessibility and inclusion features across the Microsoft 365 platform and has trained more than 850 people.

During this time, he used a range of technology in the classroom, and in the wider school setting, and developed an appreciation for the potential impact of technology on the delivery of 21st century education.
Since joining Our Learning Cloud, Sam has become a Microsoft Certified Educator and Microsoft Innovative Educator Expert. He has also had the opportunity to train over one thousand people on the use of Microsoft 365.
